Why only Thailand?
Because doing one country right is harder than doing ten averagely. We know
the consulates, the neighborhoods, the landlords and the real timelines. The
moment you open a second destination, you start improvising on both. If
you're looking at Portugal or Dubai, we're not your agency, and we'll tell
you that on the first call.
How long does it actually take?
About eight weeks from deciding to landing, and most of that is waiting on
the consulate. If your case is simple it can be less; if there are kids or a
company involved, count on three or four months. We never promise a date
that depends on someone else.
Do I need a job there?
Not necessarily. There are routes for people working remotely for clients
abroad, for retirees, and for people going to study. Which one is yours
depends on your situation — that's exactly what we look at in the initial
assessment, before you pay anything.
What happens if the visa is denied?
We redo the application and resubmit it at no extra cost. That's why we
don't book the flight until the visa is confirmed — most people who lose
money in this process do it by buying the ticket too soon.
Do you pay less tax living in Thailand?
In many cases, yes. Thai income tax runs in brackets from 0 to 35%, but it's
territorial: only what you bring into the country (remitted
income) is taxed, so in practice a lot of people end up paying an
average of €300 a year. There's no wealth tax, and crypto on local
exchanges is exempt until 2029. It depends on your case, the 180-day rule,
and the Spain–Thailand tax treaty. We break it down in the
tax guide and in what counts
as remitted money.
What DON'T you do?
We don't set up companies. We don't sell property or take a commission from
the landlord — we work for you, not for them. We don't find you a job. And
we don't cover any destination other than Thailand.
How much does it cost?
Our fee is 1.200 €, fixed and the same for everyone.
You pay the visa at cost: the official fee from your embassy, which runs
from 35 to 270 € depending on the type — the calculator breaks
it down. The flight, the apartment deposit and the rest, you pay directly to
whoever it's owed to: we don't add any markup or commission. The first call
is free, and on it we tell you whether your case is viable.
